ZJC-50KV適用范圍

     主要適用于固體絕緣材料（如：塑料、橡膠、層壓材料、薄膜、樹(shù)脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等絕緣材料及絕緣件）在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸?qiáng)度和耐電壓的測(cè)試。

    本儀器由電腦控制，是我公司自主研發(fā)的全新第三代介電擊穿檢測(cè)儀器，本儀器電子控制系統(tǒng)是通過(guò)西門子PLC控制，數(shù)據(jù)采集方式通過(guò)光電隔離，有效解決試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的抗干擾問(wèn)題，軟件操作使用方便，能夠?qū)崟r(shí)顯示動(dòng)態(tài)曲線，同時(shí)升壓速率無(wú)級(jí)可調(diào)，可以根據(jù)自己的需要進(jìn)行升壓速率調(diào)節(jié)，調(diào)節(jié)范圍在10V-5000V/S，處于國(guó)內(nèi)地位（國(guó)內(nèi)*能達(dá)到此功能的廠家），使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準(zhǔn)確，并能夠準(zhǔn)確測(cè)出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)?？蓪?shí)時(shí)繪制試驗(yàn)曲線，顯示試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，判斷準(zhǔn)確，并可保存，分析，打印試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。

   本儀器具有多重防護(hù)措施，保證操作人員的人身安全

1、門限位保護(hù)：不關(guān)門，即使通電點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)開(kāi)始，設(shè)備無(wú)任何反應(yīng)，軟件有:安全門未關(guān)閉提示。

2、電壓歸零保護(hù)：如果在實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中，突然斷電，下次開(kāi)機(jī)后，會(huì)自動(dòng)回到零位，保證初始電壓為 在零位

五、保修：

1、設(shè)備保修兩年，終身服務(wù)，兩年內(nèi)非人為損壞的零部件免費(fèi)更換，保修期內(nèi)接到用戶邀請(qǐng)后， zui遲響應(yīng)時(shí)間為2小時(shí)內(nèi)，在與用戶確認(rèn)故障后，我公司會(huì)在48小時(shí)內(nèi)派工程師到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行免費(fèi)服務(wù)，盡快查清故障所在位置和故障原因，并向用戶及時(shí)報(bào)告故障的原因和排除辦法 。
